Torsten Lodderstedt The security of internet services with OAuth 2.0
The 12th Tech Talk took place on Wednesday, the 4th of April 2012. This time we’ve hosted Dr. Torsten Lodderstedt, who was discussing the topic of “Securing Internet Services with OAuth 2.0″.
Dr. Torsten Lodderstedt is the product owner of Identity and Customer Management for the German telecommunications company, “Deutsche Telekom”. In the IETF, he works as part of the OAuth working group on protocol specification, his specialty is mobile apps and security. With him, he brings his experience from Deutsche Telekom, i.e. the implementation of services for identity management.
Since 2006 he worked as a consultant in the IT industry for different companies from different industries including banks, IT companies, transportation enterprises, communication leaders and many more. He’s also the author of several publications.
Lodderstedt is part of the OAuth group which has only three members world-wide while he is the one representing the group in Europe.
